Rule 17
Duties and Duties of Branch Officer
In addition to the duties and duties mentioned elsewhere in this regulation, the duties and duties of a branch officer shall be as follows:-
(a) To be accountable for the work of the branch he/she works by directly inspecting, controlling and monitoring the work done by the subordinate employees in the branch assigned to him/her to work,
(b) to perform such functions as may be delegated to it by the Registrar, and
(c) To assist the Registrar in the smooth running of the work of the Court.
